Hello, my name is Steve....I have up for auction a 1968 Plymouth Fury II with 318 V8, factory air conditioning and genuine accessory Chrysler towing hitch. First of all, the buy it now price is $3000.00. I will start the bidding at a low $1800.00, the reason I'm telling you this is because if the car does not meet my reserve, the selling price will be for the car only, no extra parts. If it meets my reserve, I will include many NOS parts that I have purchased for it, some are pictured, some are not. The list of parts includes: New headlamp bezels....these consistently sell for more than $200.00 each for this year and impossible to find....I have both sides. NOS dash pad in the correct color, and for an A/C equipped car....these typically go for $700.00 or more. NOS upper and lower deck lid moldings, new left rear quarter panel molding, NOS front and rear accessory bumper guards, NOS front grille turn signal assemblies, excellent used lower A/C padded dash pieces in the correct color with almost zero warping, a very good and rare used Motorola model 390 AM 8-track radio that only fits 1967 and 1968 Furys..... it needs cosmetic repair, but the chassis and all electrics are good. I alsohave a Motorola Model 250 AM radio that will go with this car. The attendant broke thepassanger exhaust manifold loading the car. I have a set manifolds that I bought on Ebay about a year ago. I rebuilt the carb, a Holley 2-barrel. The engine in this year is a 318 V8 230 horsepower engine. The car has been sitting for some time, and was bought from an elderly lady whose husband passed away. The only rust that I could find on this vehicle was surface rust behind the rear window (no rust through), and on the right rear quarter panel rear wheel opening about the diameter of a nickel. I also have a new factory driver's side front vent glass assembly. All the interior original fabrics and carpet are available from SMS Auto Fabrics in Oregon. The trunk floor of this is perfect with no rust whatsoever....even the floor paint is shiny. I am away from the vehicle at this printing, but will be glad to get photos to confirm this. The only things I would do to get this car to be a driver at this point would be to install the carburetor, drop the gas tank and have it cleaned, and maybe replace the fuel pump, although it is still working well. If you have any questions about this vehicle, feel free to ask. Oh by the way, this vehicle has 15 inch rims with dog dish hubcaps, and the tires are Pirelli radials with excellent tread. Thank you for looking and God bless. I can assist any carrier that comes to pick up this car, but the shipping is on you.
