GENERAL DISCLOSURE:

Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical cosmetic scratches, interior rips and imperfections, paint fading, possible broken cosmetic things, dings and dents, inherent for their age and use, all mechanical parts are subject to fail. Do not expect a brand new or perfect car. You are buying a used car at wholesale price.

MILEAGE DISCLOSURE:

Mileage may vary based on test drives. But will not exceed by more than 1000 miles of listed amount.

FREE 30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY:

All vehicles sold will come with a FREE 30-day engine and transmission warranty covering up to $1000 in approved repairs only. Maximum payout is $1000 only. Warranty is through a third party vendor. CARMA will not be held responsible for any of the repairs. Call Vendor directly. There will be a $100 deductible for each repair done. Manufacturers warranties may still be applicable. We do not guarantee any warranties from the manufacturer/dealer so please check with the manufacturer/dealer on the existing warranty coverage period, coverage of components and terms of the factory warranty.

Besides that, free warranty through a third party vendor, the car is sold AS-IS and CARMA is not responsible for any kind of repairs small or big. We barely make few hundred dollars on each deal so it’s merely impossible for us to do any repair once a vehicle is sold.

RIGHT TO END AUCTION:

Dealer has right to end auction for any reason. The vehicle is listed for sale outside of eBay. So auction may end early if we find a buyer outside of eBay. So do not wait till last minute to bid.

FINANCING:
Financing is NOT an option. All cars are CASH Purchases only. Please have financing ready before bidding, not after. We do not Finance eBay sales, whatsoever.

PAYMENT RULES AND REQUIREMENTS:

A deposit of $500 is due via PayPal IMMEDIATELY AFTER AUCTION CLOSE andFULL PAYMENTmust be madewithin48 hoursof auction end. No exceptions! The payment must be via BANK TO BANK WIRE TRANSFER, CREDIT/DEBIT CARD (3% card processing fee applied), orCASH IN PERSON.Payments can be made with a valid US Credit/Debit Card through our website under MAKE A PAYMENT tab but 3% card-processing fee applies per transaction amount total. Again, balance must be paid in FULL and CLEAREDwithin 48 hours. If the buyer does not follow through with the purchase of the item (full payment iswithin 2 daysof auction end), the PayPal deposit will not be refunded and thus be forfeited. We must receive the $500 deposit immediately and hear from the winning bidderwithin24 HOURSof auction ending, if this does not occur in the specified time frame we will be forced to re-list the item and place appropriate feedback. All deposits paid are non-refundable, meaning you lose any deposit paid if you do not follow through on the purchase of the item. Any vehicle paid after the second day payment policy is subject to a $150 fee being added to the final price.

SHIPPING:

We can help you secure shipping if necessary. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. The companies we use are quite dependable, have great rates and are fully insured. We are acting as a broker in the shipping of your vehicle and are not liable for damage done in the course of shipping, that is between you and the shipper.

PROCESSING FEES:

There is a document processing fee of $299.00 added to every auction transaction and this charge will be added to the final auction price. This charge represents cost of preparing documents related to the sale and customer services provided by the dealer to the customer.No Exceptions!

TITLE:

Buyer will receive vehicle Titlewithin 30 daysof contract signing according to Florida Laws, mailed to their actual address on paperwork. In the rare case of a title delay, CARMA will issue buyer, a temporary tag.

NOTICE TO FLORIDA AND OUT OF STATE PURCHASERS:

State of Florida customers must pay a 6% sales tax and a county surtax tax if required. Out of Sate buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in their residing state.If you drive the car out of the state of Florida, you MUST pay Florida Sales tax up to 6% or your respective State’s tax, whichever is lower. If you have the vehicle shipped, you do not have to pay Florida Sales Tax.
