2000 Pontiac Grand Prix SE Description

For sale is a used 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. I'll do my best to note all the issues that I've experienced with the car. It's been a reliable car for me. IL title in hand.
There is a small leak on one of the fuel rails from rust. Should be an easy and cheap fix.
Transmission goes into what I call "indy car" mode where the transmission shifts immediately. It's a software issue as the transmission otherwise seems great. The GP forums recommended a shift kit to speed up the shifts as it takes too long and the computer keeps the line pressure jacked since it takes longer than expected. I have that shift kit but never installed.
Both sides in the quarter panel have rust. I've included them in the pictures.
Small leak in the A/C. Recharging restores cooling and is good for awhile.
I replaced the headlights with HIDs. The OEM lights were horrible.
