1963 Pontiac Other Base Description

This is a project or parts car. It has potential but PLEASE READ this whole description.
Runs, doesn't drive.
The good: Decent body with a few small rust spots, dash is great, original steering wheel in good shape, has 80% of trim but it's in the trunk, good glass, interior is ok but needs a little cleaning. Heater works, wipers work, lights etc. electrical seems to be good to go.
The bad: The rear third of the frame is rusted out. Someone welded a kicker on a spot but I wouldn't trust it. The Brake lines are rusted out. Missing air cleaner cover. Trunk and floor pans could be replaced, rusty in spots. I think it must have been rear-ended because the tail lights look like new plastic and the rear bumper looks new and they didn't level it which can easily be fixed. Needs a trunk lock.
Overall it's a good bodied car but the rear end has seen moisture. All can be fixed but not without some obvious work.
