These photos were taken on sight here in beautiful Highland Village, Texas. We hope you enjoy our presentation. You can reach Dave at 214-213-7072 or Maris at 214-616-2317 with any questions. This is your opportunity to own an absolutely gorgeous 1965 Pontiac GTO that underwent an incredible professional restoration. This car is show quality and in need of nothing. Everything is functional from the triple carburetors to the tachometer & vacuum gauge. This has always been a dry climate car. It is a Fremont, California car and a multi-award-winner since its recent complete restoration.

Note the splitter exhaust tips. The differential is the correct 3.55 geared " Safe-T-Track " . These redline tires are correct, however in an updated radial form. This car drives out beautifully!

The color is Iris Mist, approximately 1200 GTOs received this shade. We do have the PHS documents for this '65 GTO.

This GTO is equipped with the ride & handling package. All of the springs have been replaced this year. In 2011, power front disc brakes were added in lieu of the original aluminum drums. The wheels of choice are Pontiac 15-Inch Rallys fitted with B.F. Goodrich Silvertown Redline Radial Tires all around.

Awards include :
Pontiac Southern Nationals - 2016 - Gold Award - 1st in Class
Pontiac South Nationals - 2016 - People's Choice Winner

We have approximately 400 restoration photos that will be made available to the new buyer. There are also many additional restoration photos in our album further below.

Beautifully done, the interior is in showroom condition. The black vinyl upholstery is correct front to back as is the optional center console with vacuum gauge. The Rally Dash features the factory tachometer. The AM Delco stereo has been rebuilt and is fully functional. The steering wheel, dashboard and trim is in excellent condition as is the headliner, carpeting, door panels, etc. The gauges and gauge cluster itself are in excellent condition.

The headliner has a blue hue to it and is just gorgeous, fitted with dual visors and a Pontiac vanity mirror.

Under the hood is the correct 389 V8 (WT). Originally a 335HP 4bbl. car, this car is now equipped with 3x2bbl. Rochester carburetors. We do have the original date coded intake manifold and 4 barrel Carter AFB carburetor included with the car. This car runs excellent. The drivetrain was completely gone through. Accessories include updated power front disc brakes and power steering. The GTO was treated to a complete oil and filter change in May of 2016.

Further inspection of the engine compartment reveal a detailed show quality engine bay front to back.

The original trim identification plate is in place and legible. This is a true "P" code Iris Mist '65 GTO Hardtop with black vinyl interior. Accessories include ; A49 - Front Seat Belts / B70 - Upper Instrument Panel Padding

The undercarriage is in excellent condition, indicative of the west coast dry climate life of this GTO and the extensive recent restoration effort. The frame is excellent. The suspension was rebuilt front to back. The steering box has been rebuilt. This GTO drives absolutely excellent.
