1998 Pontiac Trans Am Convertible WS-6 427/LS-7 "TYRANT"
1998 Pontiac Trans Am Convertible Description
1998 Pontiac Trans Am Convertible WS-6; Professionally modified and upgraded to a 427/LS-7power-plant. 6-speed transmission,9'-inch moser,4:10 gears,Bilstein shocks.Cold A/C,stereo with CD player.New black canvass top.Just too much to list..TYRANT 427 is owned by Mike Nowak of Palm Beach Florida. He brought us Tyrant as an already modded 1998 Trans Am. The Trans Am had a mild heads and cam package on the 96K mile original motor, but as any F-body owner knows it is never enough. He told us the plan, drop a built and cammed 427ci LS7 into his convertible Pontiac among a huge list of other things…… and uuummm nitrous…..
It was then decided Tryant could use a little work in the paint andwheeldepartment. So we teamed up with Superior Auto Design and had them custom paint Tryant PPG Lamborghini pearl black and take care of any of the custom vinyl you see. While the soon to be monster of a car was dormant in paint the mod list continued to grow into what it is today.

The car has been drivenapprox 1,500 miles since the build. Never abused. Has run 1/4 mile twice just for fun. I drive it on the street and the are no issues.Lot's of suspension upgrades. Runs strong and cool.Lot's of fun to drive.Sounds awesome! I just want to move it on so that I can build something else that make's me smile. Oh, it has brand new tires..Lol!!!
