I am selling this for a friend who is not computer savvy.
1947 Pontiac, 8 cyl, manual transmission, clock, radio, heater, newer top and complete interior. Very nice condition to drive and enjoy as it is right now.
It is not a show car but a nice looking, well maintained original car. My friend inherited the car from his aunt over 20 years ago, and she had bought it brand new. He has stacks of paperwork that go with the car starting with the original purchase order and all the paperwork spent and things done on the car since new right up to today, plus a few boxes of extra parts.
Car shows 53,700 miles, and we believe it is original. He has only put on a few hundred miles in the 20 years he has owned it and is only selling it because it just sits in his garage and he is rarely down in South Florida. ( he is also not really a car person ). The car runs and drives well and as of today, everything on it works, but it needs to be used more frequently than it is. Email if you have questions or need photos of something not shown. I drained and refilled the car with fresh gas, had the carb rebuilt and lubed it, then drove it a few miles to warm everything up and it drove like you would expect a 1940's car to drive.
The car is in Naples Florida and can be seen if you make arrangements with me since I have it in secure storage. As this is a 70 year old ca, it is sold as is with no warranties
There are boxes of extra parts, some new, some used that go with it. The black fender protectors that are not on the car are in a box.
