MECHANICAL CONDITION:
This car is in great mechanical condition and has always been well maintained. All maintenance records are available and maintenance is up to date. NEWER 5 YEAR BATTERY - approximately 1 year old. Normal mechanical "wear & tear" exists.
COSMETIC CONDITION:
This car shows signs of normal wear & tear, but overall this car is in great condition for an 02'. There is NO damage - NO dents - NO significant scratches. The yellow paint shows signs of normal wear & tear and has a few minor chips or scratches.
The clear coat however is sporadically peeling off across the car.
The worst cosmetic issue that effects the exterior is rust that has started on the bottom of both door jams, effecting the drivers side much more than the passengers. There is also minor rust starting below the gas tank door.The interior is gray in color & super clean. There are only a couple of minor/small holes in the drivers seat & one small hole on the ceiling. There are very minor signs of wear on the drivers seat belt & steering wheel(has a cover). The top of the back seat upholstery has some fading from the sun. The interior cosmetic issues are barely noticeable & overall the interior is impeccable for an 02'.
There is an electrical connection issue that may be causing one or all of the problems listed below that effect interior features only - NOTHING MECHANICAL.
It may be as simple as securing the electrical connections for someone who knows what they're doing, or just take it to a professional.
I HAVE REPLACED ALL OF THE FUSES BOTH INSIDE AND UNDER THE HOOD - so that is not the issue and there are spare fuses that will come with the vehicle.
The following issues currently exist but are fixable:
-The cigarette lighter does not light. The cigarette lighter was replaced & worked until it was moved around so I concluded it's the electrical going to it, not the lighter itself.
-The sunroof/moonroof does not work properly. It will open, but not close. I changed out the motor and the problem still persists, so I believe it's the electrical going to the sunroof/moonroof, not the motor or roof itself.
-The stereo/CD player works perfectly. However sometimes if the cable is not secure it will bounce off and on or occasionally go out completely. In this case, I know its the electrical connection to it.
-The Fan levels on the Air/Heat do not work on settings 1 & 2 but does work on settings 3 & 4. - Probably it's own issue.
-There is an ABS light that stays on. It is not the Anti-Lock Brake system that is faulty, it is just the sensor. The sensor can be fixed. - Probably it's own issue.
-There are some interior lights behind the AC/Heat unit & the gear shift that need replaced. - It's own issue.
-Very recently I noticed the cruise control is not working properly. I do not know if this is electrical related or it's own issue. This is the one issue I have not had looked at.

I HAVE OWNED THIS CAR SINCE IT WAS BRAND NEW. I HAVE FIXED AND/OR LOOKED INTO EVERY ISSUE THAT IT HAS EVER HAD. I KNOW & HAVE LISTED EVERY THING WRONG WITH IT, LEFT NOTHING OUT AND AM VERY HONEST IN THIS LISTING. THERE WILL BE NO SURPRISES WITH THIS PURCHASE!
I BELIEVE THAT SOME OF THE ELECTRICAL ISSUES LISTED ABOVE ARE CONNECTED TO ONE ANOTHER. I THINK IF THE MAIN ELECTRICAL CONNECTION or CONNECTIONS BEHIND THE DASH ARE FIXED FIRST - IT WILL ELIMINATE MOST OF THE ISSUES LISTED ABOVE, LEAVING ONLY THE AC FAN, SENSOR, & LIGHT BULBS TO NEED ADDRESSED.
I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO A BUYER, SHOW ESTIMATES I'VE RECEIVED FOR REPAIRS, EVEN TALK TO MECHANICS/ELECTRICIANS FOR THE BUYER, SINCE I'M FAMILIAR WITH THE PROBLEM(S) THAT NEED ADDRESSED.
