1978 Pontiac Trans Am WS4 Description

1978 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. We are selling this vehicle to pay debts owed. We recently obtained this car and are selling off to settle debts/bills. The car seems to be all pretty much there. I do not know much about the history or any pertinent information except what I will provide in this description. I have provided the VIN # as I was told this is very important to the potential buyer/investor/collector. I was told this represents the actual type of vehicle as I believe this is a real Trans Am and not a clone. I have also provided the photo of the "build tag" to show is authenticity. The car does not run and we had it towed to its present location and this is where it will be picked up by the buyer. I did some research online and with the help of a enthusiast of old muscle cars found that the second letter "W" in the vin and the fifth number "Z" in the vin # was very important numbers to those of authentic interest. Therefore upon additional investigation we found the engine stamp # to be "Y A" with another number 526985. The vehicle does not run and is missing some parts. It does not have a radiator or battery,or air filter unit, the belts are loose and missing the air conditioning items and ect under the hood. It does have the factory T top option and those are in good condition. The dash pad and instrument panel are in excellent condition with no cracks or cut outs. It has a older AM FM Cassette player as a sound system. The brakes work as well as they were needed when rolling off the ramp tow truck when delivered. We do have some additional parts that were in the trunk we will be providing as well, extra set of two matching wheels and a box of misc stuff.. I understand the previous owner was performing a restoration and it appears the vehicle will need additional work for completion, IE does not have the decals and needs some additional body rust work ect. It does look great from 10 feet away though. We know and understand these cars are very valuable and hard to find, especially in this condition, however, in order to clear bills owed, we are liquidating for that amount or as close as possible. The reserve price is very low for this type vehicle. The vehicle vin has been verified and the state of NH has issued a new registration and is current and is ready /clear for sale. The vehicle does not have a title as the state of NH does not issue titles on older vehicles, however, the buyer will receive a copy of the official state registration document and a official Bill Of Sale document. Pre buy inspections are welcome and available/encouraged as we believe this will enable a quicker sale. Additional photos available on request prior to sale.. Bill of sale will be delivered in person or if transported by other party, sent to buyer via certified US mail and copies via email. We have not inspected the vehicle other than described as we have no interest except its liquidation. Vehicle is sold as is, in current condition with no warranty.
