Note: In 1999 the Formula was stolen in Texas. the vehicle was recovered intact after the insurance paid the registered owner. Texas issued a salvaged title even though there was minimal damage to the rear of the car. The salvage notation followed the car to its next owner inMissouri, then to California, then to North Carolina, where it was fully refurbished. The previous owner made me fully aware of its history, as I am doing now. When the car was stripped for final painting the only damage found was in the rear, where it appears the thieves attempted to break into the trunk. This car now has a clean, Non-salvaged title as it has been restored to pristine condition.
