1974 Pontiac Le Mans Description

I've had this Pontiac Luxury Lemans a few years. I've done alot to it over the years since I've owned it. The original 350 was pulled for a 1975 SD455 from a firebird. Not sure on the specifics of the cam but was told it was mild, 6x heads and 4 barrel Edelbrock carb with headers, x pipe & true duals. I installed a shift kit and shift very firmly, rear axle is posi 3.23. Rear suspension is tubular with new springs and air shocks. Car is a blast to drive around town, pretty quick.
Now for the bad..... The day I got the car the axle bearings gave out and the axleshaft walked it way out of the axle which resulted in the damage to the body on the passenger side. I wanted a tachometer and 160 mph speedo so I swapped some in from a firebird. Speedometer works but the tach is the wrong pulse so it does not work. Hinge on the console is broken. Passenger seat has a couple tears in the stitching. That's all I can think.
