1970 Pontiac Other Description

1970 Pontiac Bonneville Safari Ambulance by Superior Coach. This ambulance was built for a prominent funeral home/ambulance service located in Nashville Tennessee, and was part of a small fleet of several identical to it. It is in very solid condition. The drive line is the original 455 cu. inch V8 coupled to a 400 transmission. The brakes, tires, alternator are all new. The car starts right up, drives, tracks straight, steers and stops easily. There is no smoke or inordinate noise other than a leaky exhaust manifold gasket. All running lights, signals and roof top lights work. I obtained the car with no beacon lights or siren. I have purchased two federal beacons, a model 17 and a model 17D and a federal siren speaker. I also purchased a unity spotlight identical to the one installed on the car but in much better condition. None of the items I purchased are installed on the car as yet, but will be included at my buy it now price. The car also comes with a driver side replacement floor pan. windshield is cracked on passenger side. i have exterior stainless for the upper windshield. The Ultimate wagon!
