2005 Pontiac Grand Prix, Black, 274,XXX miles, runs
2005 Pontiac Grand Prix Description
2005 Grand Prix with 274,000 miles. It has been an extremely reliable car but it has it's issues. It still starts right up every time and is reliable for getting from point A to point B. The engine, ABS, and Traction Control lights have been on for a very long time. The ABS and Traction lights came on when I replaced the wheel bearings (replaced all 4). I think the engine light is from an EGR valve sensor but it's been a long time since I had the code ran at the parts store. About 6 months ago the reduced engine power light came on, it must be a sensor or electrical issue because I haven't noticed any reduction in engine power. One of the rear windows do not roll down but the other three work fine. It has a couple minor dings and scratches, really not that bad for an older car with that many miles (see pictures). It needs new wiper blades.Just today the temp gauge stopped working, it has always worked in the past, maybe it's just a fluke and it will start working again (it showed it never warming up after about 15 minutes of driving today). The tires aren't that bad but could probably use a rotation, the front seem a little more warn than the rear. If you need a cheap car to drive back and forth to work that doesn't look bad this would be a good car. It's far from being in perfect shape but it has been very reliable. If someone were willing to make some repairs it could be a very good car. This used to be my daily driver to workand back, I would drive it about 45 miles per day. It has been our thirdvehicle for abouttwo years now and doesn't get driven very much anymore so I decided it's time tosell it.Please ask if you have any questions and I'll do my best to answer. If interested, feel free to get in touch with me to come check it out before bidding.
