1996 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Convertible 2-Door Description

1 of 788 Convertible V8 Trans AM built this year. . The rare part is the 1 in 154 that were made with the WS9 package which includes convertible, side skirts. W66 which includes ws6 wheels, and ws6badges. Only 40 were RED :) If it were a manual, 6 speed, ws6 convertible then there was only 3 produced in 1996 (Trans Am world production fact sheet). Collectible and fun to drive!!
5.7 v8 Corvette Motor. Very fast, very clean and straight. Black leather interior, Pioneer Bluetooth stereo. Kenwood speakers, brand new top. Just had tune up: water pump, shocks, bel, new BFG pro comp tires. Motor was rebuilt about 10,000 miles ago, Trans was rebuilt at the same time. New higher stall torque converter, shift kit, B&M trans fluid. Always changed with Royal purple oil. Fresh rear end oil. New brakes pads and rotors around. No Oil leaks or misfires. Car is in amazing running shape with new intake gaskets.
Always stored in garage. Never seen rain.
This car is in perfect drive-able shape!! This car is considered a classic car by Grundy Insurance which means cheap insurance. I pay $100 per year for full coverage
Body has 120, engine has 10k on rebuilt motor. I am selling because I sold my house and I moved into an apt building with limited parking. 0 accident car!!
