1968 Pontiac Firebird Description

Here is a 68 firebird Sprint 4 barrel car that I picked up as a parts car. After pulling the front sheet metal & cleaning the car up, I found the car to be in a little better shape than I expected. I decided to see if there is any interest in putting the car back on the road. It is an Alabama car, which is a no title state. It will have a bill of sale only. VIN plate is there as well as hidden VINs. It appears this car has never been painted or taken apart. It appears all original. The motor did not turn, but I sprayed some penetrating oil in the cylinders. I will leave that up to the buyer if the car sells. The body will need the following- full floor, wiper cowl panel, upper cowl repair at the base of windshield pillars, roof repair along the top windshield channel, lower rear window channel repair, trunk lid, smallest trunk pan, and rear seat frame repair/replacement. Side glass is nice, windshield & rear window needs replacing. I do have brand new: full one piece floor, right fender, right inner fender, both lower fender extensions, and a nice used gm wiper cowl panel. I will sell all those pieces to the buyer for $650, but they are not included in the auction. The doors are very clean. There is one small rust spot on the top part of the right door where the weatherstrip screws down. Its smaller than a dime. Frame rails and shock towers are very clean, as well as the drop offs. Rockers are very clean. I dont see any rust in the main firewall, just along the base of the windshield. The lower rear quarters only show some rust on the inner lip behind the rear tires. Lower patch panels would work here. Tail panel is clean. I have more pics of the car, as well as pics of the sheet metal package. Message me & I'll send them.
