2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Description

Up for sale is my 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP Daytona 500 edition. This car has been exceptionally taken care of by myself and the previous owner. This is my 6th w-body, and my 5th Grand Prix. It hurts me to sell it, but I moved to Dallas TX, and two cars right now is not needed.
I bought this car from a private dealer in PA who kept the car in his garage under a car cover. I then drove the car and babied it. I always ran 93 octane fuel and made sure the fluids were at their appropriate levels and the oil was good. The owner before me had the following modifications done to the car by Intense performance in Ohio-
IntakeRockersSLP CatbackAutolite 104's3.4'' PulleyTune
He also added front and rear GMPP strut tower bars, and the car has KYB shocks on all four corners. I added a ZZP Catless Downpipe and I switched the ECU to a ZZP tune. There are no codes thrown, and the VIN is programmed in the new ECU. I also added a Pioneer Headunit, Infinity Speakers, and an Eclipse 4-channel amp. You can expand if you would like, as I used 0Gauge Wire going back to a distribution block. The windows are also tinted.
The vehicle shows no major signs of wear on the outside or the inside (Outside of small rock chips here and there, and normal wear on the leather..). Everything works as expected.
There are a few things that need attention. But nothing major.
The rearview mirror needs to be replaced. The "Fluid" inside that makes it autodim is bubbling. I had this same issue with my 1998 Polo Blue GTP Pace Car
The switch for the dome light/sunroof needs to be properly installed. It was defective when I bought the car, so I bought a new one. It works fine with no issues (Sunroof controls/ Lights) But you need to drop the headliner to install properly. It's in there, but not properly. As I said, it works.
It needs a new drivers side reflector on the door.
Total parts is probably about $30.00 at a junk yard, and probably about half an hour of labor, if that. As far as major issues and common problem areas-
Rocker Panels - Zero RustStrut Towers - Zero RustUpper/Lower intake Gasket - Replaced in NovemberValve Cover Gasket - Replace in NovemberWindow Switch - Works as expected
Car is currently located in Dallas, TX. I have a valid PA title in hand. I just moved here a few months ago.
