1955 Pontiac Chieftain V8 Description

This is a NO RESERVE auction for a 1955 Pontiac Chieftain 2 door hardtop V8.
It is very complete and only missing a couple things (side mirrors, hood ornament, wiper arm, trunk lock and engine air filter housing). ALL the body panels (including the lower rockers) are super straight and undamaged and only light to no rust on them. However, the floor boards are rusted through pretty bad. I did get pictures of the front driver and passenger side floor boards for you. ButI couldn't get underunderneathto take pictures. (I have a really bad back). The trunk is in excellentshape and with only a couple small spots of light surface rust.
It does not have a title, but I will write out a bill of sale so you can apply for one. They are usually called a conditional title, and in Idaho and Washington state theyissue you a normal titleafter 3 years.
The winning bidder is responsible to load and haul off the car after the end of auction. It had extra wheels/tires in the trunk. I'll get them mounted on the rear before you get here.
After the auction end date a $500 deposit is due within 48 hours. If no deposit is receivedafter 48 hours the car will be relisted. Full payment is due within 7 days. Car must be removed from my property within 14 days after auction ends or it will be relisted and you will loose your $500 deposit and your payment will be refunded.
Bidders with less than 50 feedback or low feedback score need to contact me first before bidding.
If you have any questions please ask and if you need more pictures of anything I will be happy to do that too. My number is 208 - five 8 two - 6122. But if it is possible I suggest you come and inspect the car yourself before bidding on it.
Thanks and happy bidding! ;)
