2008 Pontiac G8 loaded Description

I am selling this car for my next door neighbor. I am a master tech of 35 years and frequently sell cars for others. He is paying me to sell it as he has no experience selling cars and doesn't want the hassle. Title transfer will occur at your bank if paying with a check or at mine if paying cash, funds must be verified before title transfer. If that is a problem, please just pass this ad by. I also want to ad that I am not interested in what you think these cars should sell for. The price is very slightly negotiable but not much, if that is not ok with you, please let's not waste each others time. If you found a better deal, buy it. I am not trying to be mean or unfriendly, just stating the facts. the dealer offered 18k on a trade so i know it's worth more than that.
This is a one owner 2008 Pontiac G8 GT. 6.0L 362 HP LS v8 engine, 6 speed paddle shift auto trans. Not driven winters. No modifications at all. Very low miles, (43K).
Power sunroof, wheels have no rash, see pictures, trunk is spotless, nothing ever in it. No door dings or scratches.
These cars are already on the upswing in appreciation, drive a kickass sedan that is not going down in value.
The GT comes with a 362 hp 6.0 L (364 cu in) Generation IV V8, featuring a 6-speed 6L80 automatic and Active Fuel Management, capable of reaching 60 mph in 5.3 seconds, with quarter-mile times as low as 13.8 seconds. The G8 GT averages a fuel economy of 15/24 mpg (city/highway).
Midway through the 2009 model year a few changes were made to the G8 GT, including an additional pair of catalytic converters, the addition of bluetooth and the removal of the rear cup holders that pulled out from under the rear seats (cupholders in the fold-down rear center armrest took their place).
In addition to the larger engine and six-speed transmission, GT models also contain additional equipment, including all of the standard Sedan features plus quad tailpipes, clear taillight lenses (as opposed to the Sedan's traditional red taillights), automatic dual-zone air conditioning, a larger center-console display screen, and an 11-speaker Blaupunkt premium audio system with 2 subwoofers, six-disc CD changer, and auxiliary input jack.[14] Some (but not all) of these features are available as options on the base model. A sports package is available on the GT, adding sport metallic pedals, QS4 19" machine-faced aluminum wheels, summer performance tires and a slightly smaller diameter, leather-wrapped Sport steering wheel.
The price is slightly negotiable but not much. I did a nation wide search and yes, you can find 150k mile examples in the 10k price range, this is not one of those cars. Nobody has even sat in the seats except the drivers seat. The car will be shown by appointment only to those who are ready and willing to buy it. Please do not waste my time and I promise not to waste yours. I will happily answer any questions promptly through email. I pulled a carfax on this last year, it was clean, I didn't keep it but still looking for it. The VIN is in the pics if you want to pull one.
