I'm putting my 1967Pontiac Grand PrixConvertible up for sale. I bought it from the original owner in 2015 and he special ordered in the fall of 1966. It was built at the Kansas City, KS plant and delivered to Ken Bender Pontiac in St. Charles, MO. The 1st owner was finishing up his doctoral degree at Pharmacy school in StLand had a job lined up so he spoiled himself by ordering one of the nicest cars on the road. He then drove it back home to Decatur, IL and daily drove itfor a few years before parking it and only driving it onsunny days or in parades. He owned the GP for almost 50 years before I happened upon it.
Pontiac only made a Grand Prix convertible one year and they only produced 5,856 of them. Signet Gold was a special paint order so therewere not many of these produced. It was alsoordered with factory installed Air Conditioning in a Convertible which is very rare. This carisclose to survivor condition. The paint and top were redone in the early 2000's but the drivetrain and everything else as original as it gets. The original skirts, radio, and manuals are in the trunk. The hide away headlights work great and open up as soon as you turn the lights on. The power convt.top works as it should as well.
It does havea few scratches on the painthere and there and the interioris notperfectas itis the original parchment white leather. Thewhite top matches the interior color and condition.I just had new spark plugs, oil changed, and the fluids topped off. It has had a new master cylinder and new breaks installed in the last 250 miles. Restored '67 GP'shave wentfor$35K - $50K at recent auctions. Buyer is responsible for shipping if needed. Please message me if you have any questions. Ilove this car and have babied it since I got and am only considering selling it invest into my dads '53 Chevy Truckrestoration project.
Happy Bidding!
