1974 Pontiac Ventura Custom Description

GTO Tribute - Pontiac Ventura, orginal Custom Hatchback edition, Pontiac orig engine 350 cid Rochester 2bbl, orig AC model, 4spd manual orig siganaw transmission-new bearings and seals kit, new radiator, water pump, valve cover gaskets, new plugs, wires, distr cap, ignition coil, period correct OEM rally wheels, new tires, shocks, new battery, new brakes including new front disc pads, rear shoes, brake lines, e-brake, combo valve, new fan/alt/ac belts, posie rear traction with factory cross bar, odomer reads 42,500 (clear title shows rollover 142.5k orig miles), numbers matched engine/trans, body recently painted in orig code paint red color, GTO tribute graphics and stripes. Just needs a few finishing touches like new headliner, interior window trim, window channel felts (have 2 door kit just needs install), passenger door lock not working, no-radio-removed old aftermarket fm casset player, original heat and AC system blowing-but not cold air, have folder with title, bill of sale from prior owner shows just over $4K purchase price plus have $4500 in receipts for all restoration parts and repairs in past 5 months I've done. Engine starts easily, dual exhaust sounds sweet andruns strong though my mechanic said could use mufflers soon but pipes are OK. All original chrome trim no rust or scratches, roof trim is ready for replace of original vinyl top option. This is a very rare VIN matched car in this good no-rust condition, less than 600 were made with manual 4 speed, most were automatic 350 and V6. Same custom sprint models were used for the official GTO for that year, only difference was 4bbl carb with shaker hood, ralley guages and fog light grill inserts, all could be easily upgraded to a GTO clone. I have attached a NADA book guide to show value, subtract 5% for the 2 bbl vs 4 bbl carb shown in options is how I arrived at sell price closer to, "Ave Retail", because of rare options, condition of 20 footer usable driver, plus rare find with clear title and original matching numbers, trans, engine and no-rust through original frame/body. I will only respond to reasonable offers in neighborhood of this firm fair price. This could easily at low additional investment be restored to a high retail Ventura or high performance GTO clone. VIN is a perfect match 2-Pontiac, Z-Ventura Custom, 17-2dr hatchback, M-Manual, 4-year 74, W-Plant = Willow Run, Michagan, so proof its not a junkyard frankenstien restore but all matching orginal Pontiac made in Detroit region!
Update: Just replaced new water pump, see all updated pics includes closesups of lower rocker, fenders and rear-end.
Serious buyers only no tire kickers please or low ball offers will be accepted. The price is very fair for this car,it appreciates every year due to original matching numbers, rarity and more interest by collectors. Only selling because need to make room in my garage for other car projects.
