2009 Porsche 911 Turbo Description

This is a 2009 911 Turbo that is in excellent shape. Always maintained on a strict schedule. Have always used Mobil 1 as recommended by Porsche. Car has a few modifications including 14MM Rear, 7MM front weel spacers, Europipe Exhaust, quad exhuast tips, LED side markers & H&R springs. Car runs and drives perfectly. This was the last year of the 6-speed manual with the famed Metzger engine. I attached a pic of the factory options sheet from when I bought it from Plano Porsche in Texas. Title is clear and in hand.
Options include, limited slip rear differential lock, heated and ventilated seats, bluetooth, park assist system, sport chrono package, Carbon Fiber Package, Red taillights.
Most recent work was a new water pump and new engine drive belt. Pulleys were also replaced. The only issue with the car and is known issue on these cars is the spoiler leaks and causes a spoiler error light when you hit 74MPH or raise wing manually. The wing operates fine but will need to be replaced with a fixed wing or replace with new hydraulics or seals. No errors when not using the wing or not above 74MPH. There is a small crack in the passenger seat, hard to photograph and the passenger rear wheel has some rash that could be touched up withaluminumcolored paint to be less visible.
