1969 Porsche 911 Description

69 Porsche 911E, soft window, new restoration, rebuilt engine and transmission, 0 miles, painted golden green, matching transmission, engine is correct for the year, all re-chromed.
While disassembling the interior, we found Tenax fasteners attached to the rear upholstery,the Targa bar liner has 2 holes on the sides and the rear parcel shelf came in 2 sections, with a long upholstered plastic pice that goes all the way to the back bellow where the glass was, wondering about these parts, we later realized that the car was a soft window converted to glass window!
Like it happens many times the owner that did the conversion did not change all the parts, perhaps because it is an extra expense and also because the parts are in good condition and there is no need to.
The Transmission was rebuilt, but never installed because their plan was to restore the car, but never did, the engine has been rebuilt with higher compression pistons and cylinders, the engine and transmission have not been broken in yet, so, the buyer most follow, Porsche 911 engine and transmission brake-in procedures.
We believe in beauty rather than always correctness, so the car was painted Golden Lime Green, it is such a beautiful color!
The car is running on Webers because they are so much easier to deal with.
The title is clean and in hand.
