Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this rare 1968 Porsche 911S Targa. Recent, photo-documented sympathetic restoration of what has always been a well-kept and rust-free car. COA, numbers matching engine and finished to a high standard in correct code 6809 Tangerine (Blood Orange). Correct details abound both inside and out with as many original parts kept as possible, including rare elephant-grain interior panels.

Aluminum case 2.0 runs well with confirmed excellent compression and leak down numbers, recent service and rebuilt Webers. Euro headlights with "city lights" plus Hella fogs. Period Amco bars. Rebuilt Targa top. New Vredstein sprint classics on date-correct (10/67) Fuchs refinished by Al Reed. Every system (brakes, suspension, electrical, etc) has been serviced or restored.

Only 442 S Targas were produced in 1968; low production numbers, impressive performance and a striking color make for a 911 worthy of any collection or an excellent touring car that would be well received at events like the Copperstate 1000.
