This 1959 Porsche 356A (chassis 107374) is from the last year of low light and low bumper production. 1959 Porsche 356A Coupe for sale with original paint, interior, floors. Almost completely original, 89,000 original miles. Original tool kit, original books, US bumpers, original stickers in the door jams, all panels are numbers-matching originals. Floors and undercarriage are untouched original, including the battery box.The interior shows much better than the exterior, with crisp looking paint on the dash and upper doors, clean door cards, and only a few splits in the front seats. The carpets are slightly tattered, but definitely serviceable. The car is almost completely original except the engine number is slightly off due to an engine replacement 40-some years ago. We drained the gas and got the engine running properly, and the car runs and drives well. The A-model steering wheel is probably the best ever fitted to the 356, with lots of pleasing detailing that remains intact on this example. You should expect some maintenance because the car has only been driven few miles in over 40 years.
