1971 Porsche 911 Race Car Description

911S or 911T Race Car

This car was originally a 1971 911 S or T and was built in Puerto Rico by Robert Cao.

It was a late 1970s GTU spec car

and raced:

Sebring 12 Hours 1978, 1979, 1980 and 1981

Daytona Finals 250 miles 1978

Daytona 24 Hours 1979 and 1980

Drivers: Mike Ramirez, Manuel Villa, Luis Gordillo - Robert Cao, Manuel Godinez.

Diego Febles helped crew and maintained this car years later. The car was sold to Kikos Fonseca at some point in time in Costa Rica.

After to Miguel Alvarado and Marvin Caballo.

So the car has some decent history.

The car was updated many times over the years . The motor looks like a magnesium case, double ignition, lots of parts.

911 was running last time five years ago, motor turns. Nicerestorationproject.

I am German, living in Costa Rica, the 911 can be visited in Costa Rica, shipping to the United States shouldn't be a problem.
