Originally Burgundy Metallic, non fender flared S model. Thiscar was paintedGuards Red, given SC fender flares, and a tea table whale tail, around 1990.I do not have documentation for thebody work done. The flares were done very well, perhaps at a dealer body shop. The car needs a fresh paint job.Or drive it like itis. It had a bra that was never removed, it seems. The worst metal spot on the car is on the front passenger fender, between the headlight and hood. With the bra cover off it reveals thepaintbubbling on the hood withminor surface rust.Nothing that can't be easily sanded off toclean bare metal. The roof paint is peeling and cracked. This carwas rarely used the last 8 years, due to the paint failing. I havebrought it back to everyday driver, road ready. Itis wet under the motor, and will leave a couple drips of oil after parked. This is a drive it as it is or restore itproject. Very easy to maintain, and drives like it should. I have some maintenance documentation with the car from 1988 to 2004. When I bought the 911 in October, my intent was to enjoy and restore as allowed. Iadjusted the valves, cleaned the fuel system, newfuel pump, filters, battery, starter. Itpassed California Smog no problem, and runs great. Electric windows and sunroof work. A/C needs charged. Heater and defrost work. Different investment opportunities have prompted me to sell. It is a fun car that will not disappoint.
