I hate to do it, but its time to partwith the Porsche. This was my mid-life crisis/bucket list car of all time and it did not disappoint. It has been everything I hoped it would be and more! I am the 4th owner and have kept it inside undercover- I took it on several out of state road trips and several weekend drives around the area, other than that it sits. The previous owner used it as a daily driver and it shows some scuffs, dings and miles but I reflect that and other maintenance concerns in the asking price. We recently purchased another home with some property and my time to love, tinker or drive this awesome car has been reduced to none.This is a nicely equipped car it still runs and drives great but will need a few things. Good:
New engine installed by Porsche at 80k miles- (New engine has ~50k miles on it, I have the receipt from the dealer)New brakes and sensors- (Less than 1k miles)New spark plugs and coil packs- (Less than 1k miles)Fresh transaxle oil change- (Redline MT-90)Fresh oil change- (Mobil One)FabSpeed Exhaust- (Nice sound- NO Drone)Great front tires- (Michelin 235/35/19)Good rear tires- (Michelin 295/30/19- Some minor cupping on the inside but still plenty of miles left)Full leather packageSport Steering wheelBose Stereo system (No Navigation or Phone interface- sorry)Sunroof (No leaks or squeaks)Litronic headlights and washersAWD6-speed3M protection on nose, mirrors and rear fender flare leading edge.Matching painted consoleAlcantara headlinerOEM car coverBoth key fobs and all owners manuals
Not so Good:
Needs a clutch (It is drivable and does well- but the clutch will slip on hard acceleration- so I don't drive it much)Crack in windshield (behind passenger side visor- small and not in the drivers view)Upstream oxygen sensors will need replaced- (Code P0153- It comes with one new oxygen sensor) (I turned the CEL OFF)Driver side, inside door handle is sprung out- (It still works great- car will come with the new OEM cable/parts to fix it)Paint shows minor chips/scuffs on the front and lower hoodA few small dings- Nothing a trip to a PDR guy could not fix.Wheels have some curb rash- They are painted and couldeasily be media blasted and returned to stock.
Please feel free to call/email me with questions- The car is not perfect and I do not have it priced as perfect, the previous owner drove it on a daily basis and said allmaintenance records are available for it from the Porsche dealer in Ohio that changed the engine (I have that receipt). He sold it to me and bought a 991 to use as adaily driver! The car runs great and should provide many years of enjoyment to someone with the time to slap a clutch in it and some minor TLC.
It is for sale locally and I will end the auction as needed. Plan on a $500 non-refundable deposit viaPaypalwithin 48 hours of auction end or I will re-list it. I would like cash or a cashiers check for the balance- we can meet at the Credit Union that holds the lien because title work will need to be done.
