I purchased this car in January in Los Angeles and drove it back to Salt Lake City. I put it in storage and have not yet transferred the title but I paid the sales tax in California. I was told that since the sales tax was paid in California and it has yet to be transferred that the sales tax won't have to be paid again. I cannot guarantee that but it could be a nice bonus for the buyer.
