1999 Porsche 911 Description
This wonderful 911 has been my daily driver for the last 7 years. I purchased it in 2009 from the owner in Ohio with 54k miles. I have since put about 75k miles over the last 7 years. I was originally interested in this particular 911 because the previous owner had a new factory engine installed at 38k miles (around 2004). I previously had a 996 convertible, don't be fooled by there low prices, not the same driving experience!
Car runs flawless. Engine runs great, transmission shifts very nice. There are no known mechanical or running issues. 2-3 years ago I found that the car was losing some of that amazing tight 911 steering feel so I rebuilt just about all of the front and rear suspension(struts, control arms, bushings, you name it...). Over the last 3 years I spent more than $7k on rebuilding the stock suspension parts. I also replaced the clutch in 2013. Anything that has needed to be fixed over the years I have done without hesitation. My Porsche mechanic checked for any signs of IMS issues while doing the clutch and didn't recommend changing it. He says cars that sit for long periods are more prone to failure. Good thing I drive mine everyday. A list of the major services are shown listed below. I have all of the records since I have owned it. I don't have the records from the previous owner. When I purchased the car I was sent a copy of the new engine receipts and I even called the shop in Denver area to confirm a new engine was installed which they confirmed. The engine number stamped on the bottom is #M96/04AT66Y65721. This engine number is shown in one of the photos. From what I understand the "AT" in the number confirms it is a factory rebuilt engine (and not the original). A photo of the engine number is shown.

October 2009 @54092 miles; I had the car shipped from Cleveland OH. That was the second owner and the engine had already been installed when he bought car. Only 10k miles were on the new engine when I purchased it.

Body and cosmetic wise the car is in very good condition. There is a small ding smaller than a dime on the hood (shown in last photo), There are a few light scratches on the rear bumper. some chipped paint under engine cover on bumper (see photo). Wheels are Porsche "S" style/size and are missing the emblems. Lots of life left on the tires, 285/18 on the rear, 225/18 on front. Clean Title, Zero accidents. Comes with books, all my receipts and three keys, two with lock/unlock remote and one valet. Sunroof works great, electric seats work great. Everything works.
