VEHICLE CONDITION:

There are noissues with this Porsche. Everything works.

It has 29900 miles on it. The miles will slowly increase, as I drive this car about once a week.

It has never been in an accident.

California car. It has never seen snow, and rarely if ever has been in the rain.

Well taken care of; I have detailed service records.

Always garage kept on a trickle charger. Washed and waxed regularly.

Mature adult driven; I have a perfect driving record. I am a non-smoker.

This car has never been raced, tracked or to an autocross.

There are no leaks. There is no RMS (Rear Main Seal) leak; itwas corrected before becoming a problem. The RMS issue has effected 996s and some 997s.

Interior is in excellent condition without any tears or stains. This Porsche rarely carried passengers.

Clutch isin excellentshape at > 90%.

The Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires have plenty of tread: front 7/32, rears 9/32. Date codes on the tires are: FL 11/2012, FR 08/2012, RL 16/2014, RR 18/2014.

The HRE Wheels have no discernible curb rash. HRE is a top-of-the-line company and these wheels were last taken off the car and maintained by HRE themselves in 2012.

Twosmall chips in the windshield,one less than 2mm, the other 4mm.

Twosmall dings on the right /passenger side, each is 5mm.

Onesmall ding on the left / driver side, barely noticeable.

Front lip spoiler has a crack in it, but this can be replaced for less than $80 on eBay.

CDs occasionally do not eject all the way.
