2001 Porsche 911 Description

The 1999-2004 911-internally known as the 996-was a big transition for Porsche from the venerable air-cooled 911's to a water cooled handsomely performing car that can been driven daily. It is a car that overcame many of the issues people had with the older 911's. These cars had air conditioners that really worked, a clutch that didn't require calf exercises to use them in traffic, and civility that allowed these cars to really be daily drivers.

This car was one of the personal cars of a retired local franchise car dealer. It has been methodically serviced, well cared for and driven sparingly. It was in a minor collision 11/2013 and was repaired by the leading high line auto body shop in town; the body work and color match are first rate and almost undetectable. There are some blisters in the clear bra near the right front headlight and slight curb rash on one wheel that is very minor. The tires are Michelin with approximately 40% remaining. THE ISM BEARING AND CLUTCH JUST COMPLETED.

Other than what I have listed this cars interior, body and paint are in exceptional conditionwith all options functioning as they should. The car has a wonderful ride, smooth shifting and an engine that performs robustly.
