Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.

Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom or lot. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Fees and Taxes

Taxes and Fees: At the time of purchase, we collect 3% sales tax on all North Carolina buyers and the appropriate sales tax for all other states when financing with one of our lenders. Out of state buyers that arrange their own bank financing or pay cash are responsible for paying their own states sales tax and fees. We add a $599.00 Invoice & Handling Fee to all sales. North Carolina Tag Fees vary depending on weight and your existing tags expiration date if trading. Out of State Tag and Title Fees vary depending on location and require a $130.00 Electronic Registration Fee. Please inquire for the specific amount.
