The car is in great cosmetic and mechanical shape. NO SMOKER!!! NO PETS!!! EVER!!!
The minor issue on the accident report is from vandalism. The car was vandalized during previous ownership. The damage was on the hood, windshield, headlight, and mask. All damage was fixed with insurance claim and was reported to carfax.

I have two sets of wheels with tires -- 16" with snow studded tires (shown in the pictures) with about 80% tread left and the 17" original Aero wheels with summer tires (30% tread left).
