1992 Saab 900 Base Description

Not currently running. I just installed a new fuel pump but for some reason the ignition won't engage the starter. It was hit last spring in front of my house and this is the first time I tried starting it. It ran good til about a year ago when it unexpectedly shut off twice in a matter of weeks, so I parked it. while it was parked a driver hit it. Whether that has anything to do with the starter problem, I don't know. It was hit on the driver side front corner area as seen in the pictures.
It was a reliable car in the 12 years I drove it with the usual problems such as water pump, alternator etc. Just normal maintenance things. I'm just looking to sell it to somebody who wants to either restore it or use it for parts.
The rear passenger side bumper was also hit about 6 years ago while it was parked. Very light damage to trunk hood.
