1993 Saab 9000 Description

Here is a classic Saab 9000 Aero. 1993 was the first year of the new body style and Aero model. Still is very fast runs great shifts great and in overall very good condition.
Rare Eucalyptus Green color with new paint on the hood and drivers fender due to clear coat peal. Seats are in amazing condition and are the original black Aero seats with no rips. Some color fade but not torn at all!
I bought this car to restore to fully operational condition. When I purchased it, it run rough and had aforementioned clear coat peal on the hood. Put new spark plugs in and ran like a dream.
Since then I have replaced the valve cover gasket, retorque head bolts, new flex pipe and exhaust hangers, cleaned or replaced sensors for cooling fans, new front strut assemblies and strut mounts, repainted the lips on the Super Aero wheels due to oxidation, among other minor cosmetic fixes.
The only other thing it really needs is a coupling for the steering rack because the steering wheel has the typical slight movement up and down on the column. I don't mind it too much because it does not affect how the car drives.
The speedometer, like most of this era, does not work and therefore I have been using the small cell phone pictures as a GPS for speed. It works surprisingly well but this also means the odometer does not work either
It reads 177,000 plus but I am not sure how many actual miles are on it.
Everything works on this car including heat and AC, sunroof, original radio with EQ and new front speakers.
This 9000 Aero is not a show car but could be be fully restored very easily. It is fine as a daily driver or weekend cruiser.
