PLEASE keep in mind this car is used and with that said it is not 100% perfect. If it were perfect it would
not be used, it would be new! So, PLEASE read the condition description and evaluate all of the pictures
carefully prior to buying. Also, I encourage ALL prospective buyers come take a look at the vehicle. If
you have any additional questions feel free to ask me.

|General|:

• The car has ALWAYS been garage kept when not in use. I frequently detail the vehicles interior/exterior.
  I am the second owner of this vehicle. All the electrical components (windows, locks, etc.) function
  properly. A/C blows ice cold air, heat blows hot with NO delay. Tires were replaced at the end of August
  2015 and an alignment was done at the same time. The tires were just rotated this month and tread
  depth is currently 8/32nd on all four corners. Brakes have plenty of life remaining (fronts measure
  9/32nd, rears measure 8/32nd). The oil and filter were just changed in August with full synthetic. The
  car has never been in any accidents and has a clean title. The car is up to date with PA inspections. ALL
  emission components intact. Absolutely NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT.

|Engine|:

• The engine is just being broke in at 41,xxx miles. I have always kept up with oil/filter changes (OEM
  filters + full synthetic oil ONLY). Also, a brand new original equipment air filter was just installed. ALL
  service has been performed professionally by the dealership. The Scion does not burn any oil nor does it
  leak any fluids or make any weird noises. The engine is in PERFECT condition and needs nothing. It was
  just at the dealer for a multi-point inspection and received a clean bill of health. This is a VERY RELIABLE
  vehicle!!!

|Transmission|:

• Everything engages as it should, gear transition is smooth, paddle shifters operate flawlessly. I just had
  everything double checked at the Toyota dealership without issue. NO PROBLEMS here...!

|Exterior|:

• Overall the paint has a very nice glossy finish and is free of any major defects. The exterior paint was
  recently hand polished and waxed. As with any used car the exterior does have some flaws. There are
  your typical scattered touch ups and rock chips (nothing abnormal for the age). The car does not have
  any major dents or scratches. The aluminum rims are in good shape with normal wear and tear. All of the
  glass is original and in great shape.

|Interior|:

• The interior is in excellent shape overall. This car does not have any strange odors. It has never been
  smoked in. The carpets from front to back are all in good shape. Floor mats are in excellent condition. The
  seats are free of stains, tears, etc. Headliner is clean and tight to the roof. The door panels and interior
  plastics are also in good shape.

|Services|:

• When it comes to maintaining my vehicles I tend to be a little over the top. Below is a list of recent services
  which have been performed by a professional (I have receipts/documentation):
  
• (Recent [1 Year] Services): Tires (toyo proxes 4 plus), Computerized 4-Wheel Alignment, Wiper Blades (front
  refills), Tire Rotation, Synthetic Oil + OEM Filter Change, OEM Air Filter, Fluids Topped, Chassis Lube,
  Multi-Point Visual Check.

request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements
about the vehicle.

Terms:

Winning bidder must contact me within 24 hours of auction end and make arrangements for payment at that time.
A $500.00 deposit is due within 48 hours of end of auction (unless other arrangements are made). The remainder is
due within 10 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 48 hours I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell
it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, I will gladly
cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. I reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.
I also reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale (bid early and bid often!).
