Vehicle for Sale:We have up for sale a 2009 Scion TC 2Dr Coupe. This vehicle has 171k miles on it. Vehicle runs good. It does has damage on the driver side quarterpanel. Has some scratches around the car. Vehicle is in not bad shape at all though. Inside is very clean. Sunroof works, windows work, radio works. Check engine light is on. Hatchback Handle is broken so the trunk can not be opened. This vehicle is being sold As-Is. We are not doing anything to the vehicle itself, there is no warranty, it is sold as is.This vehicle also has almost 4 brand new tires on it as well!!! Has alot of tread on them all!

• 6. Buyers Inspection: Lynnes Nissan West has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Lynnes offers a pre-inspection if you wish to look at the vehicle before bidding. All inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.
• 7. Taxes and Registration fees: Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered in be paid in full in order forvehicleto be titled and registered.

8. Shipping & Delivery:

• 1. All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Lynnes Nissan West will assist in shipping arrangements but will not be held responsible in any way for claims that arise.
• 2. We are notaffiliatedwith any carrier. Once the vehicle leaves our showroom/lot, we assume no further damage or responsibility.

9.PurchaseFinalizing

Lynnes Nissan West will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes.

Successful high bidder MUST communicate with at Lynnes Nissan West by email (gdemayo@lynnes.com) or phone at 973-347-2200 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy, We reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.

In order to secure bid on vehicle,Successfulbidder/buyer must within 24 hours of bid closing send a Seller a Deposit in the amount of 10% by major credit card, cash, or bank certified funds.Within 72 hours of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer, cash in person, bank certified funds to Seller.

At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller
