2008 Scion xB Description

I have my 2008 Scion xB up for sale. It has 94,500 miles on it. It is the rare Hypnotic Teal Mica color and the paint and body are in overall good condition. It has the Toyota 2.4 liter 4 cylinder engine and 5 speed manual transmission. Power windows and door locks, premium leather steering wheel with radio controls, ice old AC, super hot heater.
There are a few scratches and small dents here and there as to be expected for an 8 year old car. Nothing major and the car looks really nice. Mechanically, it rides and drives like new. I recently put new tires on it (very highly rated Continental ExtremeContact DWS tires which are the number one rated all-season tire on tirerack.com). I also had the car aligned at the same time. Everything works great.
As for recent maintenance - I did a full tune up this summer: changed the coolant using the correct Toyota Super Long Life pink coolant, new OEM Toyota thermostat, the brakes are all recently replaced and work perfectly, transmission gear oil was changed a few months ago, as well as new spark plugs, it has a new battery, the cabin air filter and engine air filter were recently changed, etc. I have a folder full of maintenance records that will go along with the car. The car has two factory Scion accessories I'll be including with it - the cargo net and cargo area mat. Two keys included as well as the owners manual and paperwork.
I've owned it for about a year. I bought it from a couple in New York state. Shortly after they bought the Scion, the wife clipped the passenger side mirror into another car's mirror that was parked on the street, which broke the mirror housings on both vehicles and scratched the passenger door. The mirror was replaced and the door repainted. It is a 100% perfect match and you can't tell the door was repainted at all. Overall, it's a fantastic car and is fun to drive (plus it gets 30+ miles per gallon). I took it out to Pittsburgh once and got 36mpg with it (which is why I bought this one with the manual transmission!) Only selling it due to a recent move and not enough room for our four vehicles.
