1967 Shelby GT 350. This is the 25th car built in 1967. San Jose built car. Upper scoops had vey rare marker lights. This car is in Pro Street trim now. Some will say WHY? Remember back to 1990 these cars did not have a lot of value. They were selling for less that 5 grand at times. The owner at the time already having several other Shelbys decided he wanted a Pro Street car and 0025 became that car. If we know then what we know now that most likely would not have happened. But it is what it is. So having said that lets talk about this car.
Engine; Keith Craft built 514 making an honest to god 600HP. Edelbrock aluminum CJ heads and all eagle components. Hydraulic roller cam and roller rockers. Demon carburetor. Very low mileage and runs on pump gas.
Transmission: Lintech C6 with internal overdrive. Really works well with 3.70 Detroit locker. 70 mph at 2300 rpm. On/Off switch controls overdrive. B and M shifter.
Body and Frame. Outstanding body and paint. Excellent floor pans. 4 link suspension with new coil overs and shocks on all 4 corners. Mustang 2 front suspension with manual rack and pinion. 4 wheel disc brakes. Headers with nice mufflers that have side exit exhaust. Just like a 65 Shelby. Full roll gage that is not intrusive. Inboard headlight car originally.
Interior: Aluminum door panels and dash pieces. Carroll Shelby signature gauges. Power windows. Aftermarket seats. Nice carpet and trim. Visor signed by Uncle Carroll is included.
Conclusion: This car is MODIFIED! It may not be the car for you, I have two more original Shelbys but there not for sale. I bought it because I like it and it flat out runs my trailer queens. This car could be put back to original condition with much work. I'm not interested in talking about what happened 30 years ago. I don't deal with deadbeats, dreamers or schemers. If you think your going to buy it for 25K go buy a rusty67 Mustang fastback for that amount. I have the Ford inner fender tags and yes they have a R (San Jose) K (289 HP). The Ford door car is on the door and it matches the inner fender tags. The Shelby number is affixed to the car as shown in the pictures. The car is registered in the Shelby American Automobile Club registry and I have a letter of authenticity stated so. 0025 has a clear title and is located in Las Vegas. It is for sale locally as well. I will gladly accept calls on this car. I will not answer texts what so ever. If your sincere I would like to hear from you. Dan at 785 250 6457.
