Q: Are you a dealer or private seller? A: We are a licensed and bonded dealer. Q:Do you offer any warranties on these cars? A:No, these vehicles are being sold strictly “as is” Q:Does this vehicle have a clean title? A:Our vehicles that state "clean title" do in fact possess a clean title. All others possess "Salvage" titles. Please note, each State has different laws. We strongly encourage buyers to check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles. Most vehicles we market have salvage titles due to accidents, manufacturer buybacks, theft, etc. Q:How do I know the extent of the vehicle damage? A:You can find brief descriptions of Loss Type and Damage Type under the section of each listing and you can also look at the photos provided. Q:Can I inspect the vehicle in person before purchasing? A:Due to the nature of the facility where these vehicles are store, they may not be inspected by the general public before their release date. Please feel free to contact us for more information. Q:Does this vehicle start? A:Most of our vehicles do start and run. Cars that do not start or run will be specified as such. Q:Does the vehicle have keys? A:Yes, most of our vehicles do have keys. If keys are not available, it will be indicated on the vehicle description page. Q:Do you provide estimates on repair costs prior to auction? A:We do not have information on repair costs for specific vehicles. We strongly urge you to contact your local repair/body shop for estimates. You can also find used parts online or from a local salvage yard. Q:What is the $500 non-refundable deposit for? A:The $500 non-refundable deposit is collected immediately to secure the transaction. If you do not complete your purchase, your deposit will be forfeited. Q:What forms of payment do you accept for the security deposit? A:We only accept PayPal for the security deposit. Q:What forms of payment do you accept for the balance? A:We accept bank wire transfers or certified cashier’s check for the balance. PayPal can only be used for security deposits. Q:When is the balance due? A:We strictly require the balance to be paid no later than 72 hours of listing’s ending. This is non-negotiable and your deposit will be forfeited if you’re unable to pay the balance within 72 hours. Q:Can I drive a salvage vehicle home? A:No. A salvage vehicle cannot be legally driven on the road until it has gone through the reconstruction process and a state inspection. The vehicle MUST be transported to your location. Q:How soon can the vehicle I purchased be shipped to me? A:As soon as the vehicle is released which is typically 3-5 days after we receive full payment. Q:Can I pay the balance in person? A:Yes but keep in mind that while the balance is due within 72 hours, your vehicle may not be released within that timeframe. Q:Will you help with shipping my vehicle? A:Yes, we can assist you and put you in touch with our shipping vendors that serve all parts of the US. Q:How long will it take to receive the title? A:Typically, titles take about 10 to 15 business days to be mailed after the vehicle has been released. Our title department processes titles weekly.
