No Accidents, Less than 89,500 Miles, Bluetooth-enabled Sony Car Stereo System!

1999 Subaru Impreza L AWD WAGON Description

My wife and I have decided to part ways with our beloved yet seldom-used Subaru Impreza L AWD Wagon.

We purchased the vehicle less than two years ago and have driven it less than 2,000 miles since.

The Good

- This is an all-wheel drive vehicle.

- The vehicle has less than 89,500 original miles.

- The vehicle was never in an accident.

- The vehicle has a clean title.

- The vehicle has a rust-free body.

- The engine starts right up, idles smoothly and runs extremely well.

- The vehicle has a great, smooth-shifting transmission.

- All power equipment functions properly.

- The interior is well kept and clean.

- The Yokohama tires have plenty of tread left.

- I recently installed a new battery.

- I recently installed a new windshield.

- The vehicle comes with a Bluetooth-enabled Sony car stereo system with remote.

The NOT So Good

- The A/C does NOT work. It never has and both my wife and I never cared to have it fixed.

- One of the rear passenger seatbelts is "stuck".

- One of the two center dash vents does not swivel properly.

- Due to its age and normal usage, the vehicle shows all the normal signs of wear and tear (small dings, bug/rock marks, dents and scratches). Please keep in mind that this type of wear is simply unavoidable.

Important Terms and Additional Information

- This vehicle is being sold as is, where is, with no warranty, expressed or implied.

- The vehicle may be picked up in Astoria, New York (I would highly prefer this option). I MAYalso be able to accommodate the buyer with shipping arrangements made by the buyer through a third partyBUT:

1) Such arrangements would be exclusively the buyer's responsibility (i.e. the buyer must set up and pay for such services).

2) Prospective bidders/buyers must inform me about their intention to make such arrangements prior to auction close. They can do so by contacting me through eBay.

- It is exclusively the buyer's responsibility to satisfy himself as to the condition of the vehicle prior to bidding or before the end of the auction. Prospective bidders/buyers are welcome and encouraged to thoroughly inspect the vehicle in person prior to the end of the auction. No inspections will be made after the auction has concluded.

- The winner of the auction is required by eBay policies to pay in full upon placing the winning bid (at the end of the auction).

- All non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and their unpaid item records posted accordingly.

- Buyers with less than 5 feedback must contact me before bidding. Failure to do so may cause their bids to be removed.

- The buyer is required to contact me within 24 hours of auction's end to provide his/her relevant contact information (name and phone number). If the buyer fails to do so, I reserve the right to relist this vehicle and/or sell it to another qualified buyer.

- A non-refundable $500 deposit via PayPal is due within 24 hours of auction's end. The balance (full payment) is due within 3 business days and may only be paid in CASH, in person.

No other payment methods of any kind will be accepted.

- The vehicle is currently kept in a private parking space and must be picked up in a timely manner. A $25/day storage fee will be charged after 1 week (7 days) of free storage, the latter being contingent upon receiving full payment for the vehicle within 3 business days after auction's end.

- The buyer is required to provide a copy of his/her valid driver's license and valid proof of insurance prior to picking up the vehicle. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released to/picked up by the buyer (or a third party in charge of delivering the vehicle to the buyer), all other sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to the seller.

- Taxes and registration are the buyer's responsibility.

- Due to the fact that this vehicle is also for sale locally/on other websites, I reserve the right to cancel/end the auction early, if necessary.

- I have done and, based on relevant questions from prospective bidders/buyers, will do my best to provide an accurate description of the vehicle and its condition. Again, prospective bidders/buyers are more than welcome to inspect the vehicle in person prior to auction's end.
