This Forester was previously involved in a accident to the front area. The frame rails are original, no suspensions were damaged and no drive-train damage occurredfrom the accident. This car has been repaired to factory like shape, has undergone a 600 mile test drive and completed a 340 point inspection checking body, electrical, mechanical and wear/tear items. Upon request we have a repair work order which we can share with you!

The title notes the mileage to be "not actual" and this is due to an error which the insurancecompany accidentally marked. When the car came to the insurance yard the agent could not read the odometer because the battery had died and their policy is to mark it "not actual". The car has been inspected and we guaranteethe mileage to be actual according to the condition ofthe car and history report.

X. Frequentlyasked questions:

Question 1: What is a reconstructed/branded title?

Answer: A reconstructed title is a legal document which will allow you to register this car in all 50 states and internationally as well. The brand "reconstructed" means the vehicle has been involved in a previous accident due to an insurance claim.

Question 2: Is there a difference between salvage and reconstructedtitles?

Answer: Yes there is a big difference. Asalvagetitle will be issued when a vehicle is damaged and has not been repaired yet. Asalvagetitle cannot be registered without an inspection. The process of rebuilding and restoring is called reconstruction. Once acar is repaired a state DMV office will inspect the vehicle and issue a branded/reconstructedtitle which can be registered. Areconstructedtitle is issued only on repaired vehicles.

Question 3: Will I be able to register this car in my state withoutany issues?

Answer:Yes.Each car that we sell has been inspected by our Oregon DMV and is guaranteed to pass your state registrationprocess.

Question 4: How can I be sure the car has been repaired properly?

Answer: A team of repair specialistsinspectsthe car for quality of repairs. The inspection process is lengthyandrigorous covering body, mechanical,electrical components. The car than goes through a test driveranging from 100 - 300 miles. The final stage of the inspection is aOBD-II scan of the car and a final 340 point inspection going through all the switches, knobs, window,wipers, etc.

Question 6: Can I finance a reconstructed title vehicle?

Answer: Yes, many financial institutions (credit unions and banks) will finance a reconstructedtitle. If a certain bank or creditunion that you belong to does not finance please contact us and we will refer to a bank or credit union that will. Please note nobank or credit union will finance a "salvage" title vehicle, it must first be repaired and inspected. Once the vehicle completes the reconstruction process it will be eligible for financing.
