2005 Subaru Impreza WRX / 9-2x Aero Description

Up for sale is my 2005 Saab 9-2x Aero/Subaru WRX wagon. Most of you who are looking at this ad know what this car is, basically a rebadged WRX, if not do a quick internet search on the Saab 9-2x Aero and you will see the partnership with Subaru. It has the 227 HP 2.0 Turbo Boxer Subaru motor and a 5-speed manual transmission. It is AWD, has PW, PL, Power mirrors, Keyless Entry, Cruise, Tilt, Sunroof, and 6 Disc CD player w/Factory Sub. My car is a Rust Free Texas Car that I broughtto Iowa in 2012, and has been stored winters until the last 2 months. It was undercoated for precaution prior to doing so. I bought it with a bad motor in 2012 with 84k on the 1 owner car. I then installed a JDM 2.0 Engine with 50k on it. At that time a new Gates timing belt kit was installed with all new pulleys and new water pump. New clutch, flywheel and factory Subaru thermostat. Car currently has 105k on the car with around 71k on all mentioned above. New factory size turbo, and power steering pump in last 5k. New 215/45/17 inch tires with reconditioned 17 inch Factory Subaru wheels in last 1,000 miles. Along with 4 wheel alignment. Car is stock with the exception of the exhaust, it has aftermarket catless up and down pipe with factory muffler. It runs and drives great. Aking $7,800. Car does have a prior salvage title due to the engine failure in 2012. Front end has also been converted from the Saab 9-2x to the 05 WRX. All Factory Subaru parts were used in the conversio, from metal, lights, to wiring harness. Car has a few dings on the front passanger door. For full asking price I would be willing to repair the dings in the door and convert the rear of the car to the 05 WRX if wanted. That would include swapping, hatch, tail lights, and bumper cover. Otherwise car looks great as is. Very clean in and out with NO RUST ISSUES that a lot of other Subaru's from aroundthe Midwesthave. For serious buyers I have pictures of the engine swap, under-carriage,and front end conversion. Willing to do partial trade for a 1978-1981 Chevy Malibu 2-Door. Thanks for looking.
