2016 Subaru Impreza Description

To make a long story short, I have an amazing car which I am selling. It is literally as good as off the lot NEW! (1,609 miles). White, 2016 Subaru Impreza Premium edition 2.0i, SEDAN! NO ACCIDENT, CLEAR TITLE, MINT MINT MINT condition, ONE OWNER, WELL CARED FOR, HARDLY EVER USED, AUTOMATIC transmission, 4 door, cloth interior, steering wheel control, sun roof, bluetooth, back up camera, rubber floor mats and much more! (see pic of bill of sale for list of upgrades that this comes with) The owner bought it, drove it approximately 1,500 miles, and unexpectedly passed away. He paid $23,550+tax, tag, title just recently. (so close to $26,000 out the door). I have his original bill of sale from the Subaru dealership which I have uploaded here as well. I am selling this car with a reserve price well below fair market value, and slightly more than CarMax offered me. I know that this is a great deal for whoever buys it, as car max was willing to pay close to my reserve price (knowing they have to re-sell for a profit). It is as close to new as you can get, but the depreciation is already taken out of it, so you actually will be buying a car with some equity in it. If you or someone you know wants a great deal on a car, this is the one! White exterior, black interior (cloth), 1 owner, no accidents, clear title in hand. Located in Boca Raton, FL, I had the car detailed today so it is ready for a new owner immediately. There was a U.S. Marine Corps sticker on the rear bumper which I had removed this week, it left some glue-like residue so I had it polished out. Priced $1,500-2000 below KBB & NADA retail, please do not call me and low ball me. The car is being kept in my garage and will stay safely in there until a solid buyer comes along. If you go to a dealership and buy this same car you will pay $24,000+tax, tag, title for a new one. I am not a car dealer and I am not in the car business. I do own 3 cars of which none of them are for sale, so please don't try to buy the others in the background of my pics). I am doing this as a one time favor for a friend who inherited this car when his family member that just passed away. I have title in hand and can sell immediately. No trades, no scams, no tire kickers please. This is as mint condition of a vehicle as you will ever find! I will not deliver this vehicle; however, if you are out of state and want to arrange your own truck/delivery service, I will gladly assist with facilitating the sale. The vehicle comes with all factory warranties offered by Subaru. I can't stress enough just how amazing this car is and what a great value it is to whoever buys it. Why buy off a dealership lot when you can have the same thing for 20%+ less?
