Question 1: What is a reconstructed/branded title?

Answer: A reconstructed title is a legal document which will allow you to register this car in all 50 states and internationally as well. The brand "reconstructed" means the vehicle has been involved in a previous accident due to an insurance claim.


Question 2: Is there a difference between salvage and reconstructedtitles?

Answer: Yes there is a big difference. Asalvagetitle will be issued when a vehicle is damaged and has not been repaired yet. Asalvagetitle cannot be registered without an inspection. The process of rebuilding and restoring is called reconstruction. Once acar is repaired a state DMV office will inspect the vehicle and issue a branded/reconstructedtitle which can be registered. Areconstructedtitle is issued only on repaired vehicles.


Question 3: Will I be able to register this car in my state withoutany issues?

Answer:Yes.Each car that we sell has been inspected by our Oregon DMV and is guaranteed to pass your state registrationprocess.


Question 4: How can I be sure the car has been repaired properly?

Question 6: Can I finance a reconstructed title vehicle?

Answer: Yes, many financial institutions (credit unions and banks) will finance a reconstructedtitle. If a certain bank or creditunion that you belong to does not finance please contact us and we will refer to a bank or credit union that will. Please note nobank or credit union will finance a "salvage" title vehicle, it must first be repaired and inspected. Once the vehicle completes the reconstruction process it will be eligible for financing.
