2010 Subaru Impreza Special Edition Description

I am selling a well cared for Subaru WRX STI Special Edition. This car was only made in 2010 and only the first 125 cars were Alpine White. A color that was no longer made after the end of this run. This is not the typical off white that most white STI's have. It was also paired with unique grey limited edition wheels. The Special Edition had upgraded suspension as well. This is a great car for the STI enthusiast.
I am the second owner and I have done a lot of maintenance and some minor upgrades. They are as follows:
New tires 2 years ago
Oil changes every 3000 miles or less
New Turbo 3 months ago - I noticed intermittent smoke and checked everything that could possibly cause it before replacing the turbo. The PCV was replaced, the compression was checked, the valve cover gaskets were checked. Everything was fine and it turned out to be the turbo starting to go - This was replaced and new gaskets all around. I have receipts for all the parts.
New coolant with Turbo change
The previous owner put a 3" borla CATback exhaust. Since I replaced the turbo I added a 3" high flow cat and downpipe. This really woke up the car and throttle response improved greatly. However, it was fairly loud so I added a pass through resonator which made the car very drive-able but still has the great boxer rumble. I have the old stock downpipe if you would like to go back to stock.
I have added a Cobb AP after the downpipe install and I have a conservative MAP on the car.
The body is in great condition. The car has 60k miles and everything works perfectly. No accidents, clean title. It's my daily driver and has been well taken care of. Only reason I am selling is that I have already purchased another car.
