2016 Subaru WRX Base Description

The reason I am selling my STi. I don't really want to sell my car, but I am buying a house, and I just want to ensure that I have closing cost, and ALL up front expenses covered. I'm single, and will bear the full expense of buying my house. That is the only reason I'm selling this beautiful car. I honestly had a hard time listing this car on eBay.

I purchased this car new in July 2015. This car has never been driven in snow, or on salty roads. It has been kept in a garage for the past year. I've always detailed it with Chemical Guys Detailing shampoo. I've waxed car several times since I've owned it (Meguiar's) The paint is 9.7/10. The only reason I don't list it as a 10/10, is because of 2 or 3 tiny little chips in the front bumper cover (each about the size of the tip of a ball point ink pen). Paint has no scratches or swirl marks, whatsoever. No door dings/dents at all anywhere on the car. All glass is in perfect condition. No scrapes under bumpers, side skirts, exhaust or any of the suspension components. I had the windows tinted with 3M, 15% tint in October 2016. Tint job was professionally done, has no scratches, bubbles or defects at all. Film goes right to edge on all 4 door windows. Tint does not have any blemishes or defects whatsoever.

This car is in perfect condition inside and out. I've never been one to take all that many photos of my interior, I can take pictures of the inside if needed. The inside of car still smells new. No stains, rips or tears. Seats still look new. The driver side seat shows some minimal wear on the side bolster. Car has never been smoked in. This car is completely stock. Has never been tuned, or wrenched on. I will include the OEM factory floor mats, and OEM Engine Oil Drain Plug to Buyer.

If you were thinking about buying an STi, You are probably not gonna find a cleaner car. Only has 20,750 miles. Mileage will increase a small amount daily until sale is complete. This is my daily driver.
