2014 Subaru Forester XT Premium Description

Auction is for a well maintained 2014 Subaru Forester XT, with approximately 36,600 miles. With 250hp, this Forester has no problems moving and navigating through traffic or on the open highway! All maintenance performed as required at standard intervals. Please note that this is my daily commuting vehicle so the mileage will increase slightly (I currently drive about 225 miles/week). Forester comes from a pet free, child free, and smoke free home. For fuel mileage I've been getting approximately 25 mpg combined, and on my most recent highway trip I averaged 29 mpg over 180 miles round trip. The car was originally purchased in September 2013, so I've put on about 14,500 miles/year.
In addition to some of the standard features listed below, I've included the cargo area protector and cover, seat back protector, and all weather floor mats. The front side windows have been tinted to perfectly match the rear side windows and hatchback.The tires were replaced at 32,162 miles with 6 year/75,000 mile General AltiMAX RT43 tires;and last oil change was performed at 36,239 miles. Lastly, the trailer hitch has only been used for a bike rack, no towing of any kind. Kelley Blue Book rating would be considered"Good".
There is a lien on the title from Chase Bank (through Subaru financing), and Chase has a branch location 3.5 miles from my home where the final transaction can take place.Please note that Chase Bank will issue a lien releaseafter they receive the final payment, which typically takes 3 business days. The lien release and title (which I have) will be needed to register the car.
