2004 Subaru Forester 2.5XT Description

I am selling my '04 Subaru Forester 2.5XT.
It has about 80,000 miles on it now and it is essentially a daily driver so miles are being added on slowly. Priced at $10,5000 but I also have it as OBO.
Pro's:
-AWD (of course)
-Turbo
-Leather
-Heated Seats
-Panoramic Sunroof
-Cobb Air Intake System
-Cobb Accessport (real time display/access to the cars computer)
-Very Low Original Miles
-Tires are at about 80-85%
-Thermostat, Timing Belt, Tensioner, Water Pump, and Pulleys have all been replaced and are under manufacturer warranty
-MAF sensor, Camshaft Position sensor, and engine oil cooler are all new
-Body is in pretty good shape for an 11 year old Subaru
-Previous owner installed better speakers for the front doors
-Clean Interior
-Rearview mirror has a glare reduction feature for night driving
-Non-smoker
-Rubber cargo mat for the back/hatch area
-Full size spare
Cons:
-Has had little history of engine codes (ask me about more info)
-Brief history of overheating (ask me for details)
-A couple dings on the body (ask me for details and high quality pictures)
-Parts of some of the upper door panels have warped and been scratched (previous owner's dog)
-Rims are curb scraped (previous owner)
Other Info:
-The reason why I am selling the car is because I am in need of a mid-size truck or something with 4 wheel drive and more ground clearance as I am moving up north into the mountains.
-When I bought this car, I was compromising. I wanted an Impreza or a WRX, but after a month or so of driving this car, I realized that the Forester was a superior choice. Better interior quality, HUGE sunroof, similar gas mileage, way more spacious interior layout (head room, leg room, rear leg room), and it also has more ground clearance.
-A lot of upgrades for the car are simply bolt-ons although it is basically stock, it already has an aftermarket air intake system from Cobb Tuning as well as their incredible on-board computer monitoring system that I bought for it.
-Because it has a turbo and the Cobb intake, it runs at about 220 whp and 250 ft-lbs. of torque. The stock stats are at 210 whp and 235 ft-lbs of torque.
