2002 Subaru WRX WRX Description

I am the second owner, and have had it since 2009. It has mainly been used as a commuter car, and was well cared for and not driven roughly. I just bought a new 2016 WRX, so this one needs to go. The interior is clean and has normal wear and tear as well. AC/Heat works great. Car starts up first try no problems. It has 212,XXX original miles. Never had any issues with the engine or transmission, and had a compression test done about a year ago to test for anything which came up great. It has no warning lights on or issues. Passed CA emissions and registration in NOV 2015. I have done regularmaintenanceand oil changes (New oil change and generalmaintenance doneon 5/21/16). The only issue driving is the rattle on the frontpassengerwheel. It was like that when I bought it from the dealer, and have had it inspected over the years and it's not something that needs a fix, but can be annoying. It's something with the strut/suspension. It has cosmetic issues, listed in detail in the description. The hail damage was deemed a total loss but is NOT a salvage title due to being hail and does not affect the ability to drive it. A few dings, and the hail damage is mostly on the hood, but hard to notice unless up close. New tires in 2014, new brake pads/rotors resurfaced in 2016, and new cooling system in 2013.Will need a new timing belt in a few thousand miles. Also, the title is a duplicate title because I left the original in CA, but that's not an issue.
